There is a saying that it takes 21 days to build a habit, that wasn’t true for me! I needed way more than that! I took me most of 2019 to really add working out and having a balanced diet a lifestyle.

As we get ready for 2020 I wanted to ensure that I remained consistent and help others become consistent with their health. I decided to embark on a 100-day journey of fitness and I am inviting you to join me via Facebook. For the 100 days (starting January 1st), we will make health and fitness a priority and make the necessary life changes to establish a true habit.
